Ventralia

Enterprise AI Company

We build the decision layer for commerce.

Ventralia designs, builds and operates large-scale systems — and runs them as products of our own. Five are in production today, across commerce, construction and healthcare. Not pilots. Not slideware. Software real companies work in every day.

01 — What we do

Most companies rent their intelligence. We own ours.

Ventralia is an engineering company that builds enterprise systems and then operates them. That second half matters. Running our own platforms in production means every architectural decision is one we have to live with — and every improvement compounds across everything else we run.

The work sits above ERP, not beside it. An ERP records what happened. We build the layer that decides what should happen next.

A decision is a number with a confidence level and an expected value attached — never a vague suggestion. When the evidence is thin, the system returns a range instead of false precision.

01

Build

Full systems, end to end — data model, backend, interface, integrations, deployment. No handoffs between agency and vendor, no gaps where accountability disappears.

02

Operate

We run what we build. Uptime, data quality, cost per query, the accuracy of every recommendation — these are our numbers, measured continuously, not a client's problem after delivery.

03

Compound

Each platform feeds a shared intelligence layer. Identity resolution built for one vertical strengthens the next. The system gets sharper with every company that joins it.

02 — Core activity areas

Four disciplines, one engineering practice.

Pricing, purchasing and inventory decisions produced from live market evidence — not from a spreadsheet and a hunch. The output is a specific number with a confidence level and an expected value attached, or an honest range when the data does not support precision.

  • Valuation & price optimisation
  • Purchase and margin planning
  • Decision logging and outcome tracking

Two-sided platforms where surplus, returned and pre-owned goods find a second buyer. Listing, matching, valuation and settlement — built to handle catalogues that are messy by nature.

  • Consumer and B2B marketplaces
  • Bulk liquidation channels
  • Public price indices

The unglamorous work that everything else depends on: deciding that five different spellings across four companies are the same physical product. Get this wrong and every number downstream is wrong too.

  • Entity resolution & canonical catalogues
  • Feed ingestion and normalisation
  • Taxonomy and attribute modelling

Systems that sit on top of an existing ERP rather than replacing it. Authenticated APIs, XML and file-based feeds, webhooks and scheduled synchronisation — designed so a failed import is visible, not silent.

  • ERP-adjacent decision layers
  • Partner and supplier feeds
  • Multi-tenant access control

03 — Technology

A signal platform, not a data platform.

The distinction is architectural, not marketing. Raw data never leaves the company that produced it. What moves to the centre is derived, aggregated and irreversible — signals, not records.

Privacy is enforced by structure rather than by policy. There is no configuration switch that could expose one client's data to another, because the data was never in a place where that was possible.

Ventralia platform architecture Four layers. Private company data stays isolated at the bottom. A shared product graph resolves identity. Anonymous signals are derived above a contributor threshold. A decision engine combines those signals with each company's private context and returns a decision to that company alone. 04 — Sustainability

The most sustainable product is the one already made.

A large part of what we build exists to keep goods in circulation. Devices that still work, stock that never sold, returns sitting in a warehouse — these are written off not because they have no value, but because nobody can price them quickly enough to justify the effort.

Accurate, instant valuation changes that calculation. When a business can see what an item is really worth today, reselling becomes easier than scrapping. Our commercial interest and the environmental outcome point in the same direction, which is the only arrangement that lasts.

Extended lifecycles

Every device that finds a second owner is one that does not need to be manufactured again.

Less written-off stock

Surplus inventory routed to a buyer instead of a skip. Recovered value on one side, avoided waste on the other.

Honest pricing

Transparent reference values make second-hand markets fair enough that people are willing to use them.

05 — Selected work

Five systems in production. Three industries.

Each of these was designed, engineered and deployed by us — and most of them we still operate. Commerce, construction and healthcare: different domains, the same engineering practice.

06 — Vision

Every trading business already holds the information it needs to price correctly. It is scattered across spreadsheets, invoices and memory. Our work is to turn that into a decision — and then to prove the decision was right.

We are building toward a market where value is transparent, second-hand is the default rather than the fallback, and no company has to guess at a price that thousands of transactions already answered.

Tell us what you are trying to decide. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
