Projects
Systems we have built,
and are still building.
Every project below was designed, built and deployed by us — and most of them we still run. Commerce, construction and healthcare: different industries, the same engineering practice.

Glonit
LiveCommerce · Commerce decision platform
2025 — ongoing
A multi-tenant decision platform for companies trading physical goods. Dealers price, buy and sell against live market evidence instead of instinct — and every recommendation is logged, then measured against what actually happened.
Built end to end: data model, backend, interface, integrations and deployment. It runs a company's own catalogue, inventory, suppliers and competitors as a private workspace, then layers decision support on top — what an item is worth today, what to list it at, what to pay for it, and which stock is quietly losing value on the shelf.
What was built
- 20+ product modules in production
- Multi-tenant architecture with row-level isolation
- Valuation and price optimisation engine
- Decision log reconciled against realised margin
- Role-based access, billing and plan entitlements
- Partner feed ingestion (API, XML, spreadsheet)
Pilingsoft
LiveConstruction · Operations platform for piling contractors
2026 — ongoing
Visit pilingsoft.comOne ledger from the pile record sheet to the payment application. Every entry is written as an event and never overwritten — who wrote it, when, and what changed all stays. That is the question a spreadsheet cannot answer.
Four modules that are four faces of the same record, not four programs bolted together: which cage the rebar left the store for, and which pile that cage went into, is a single query here. Written in the language of the site — pile, not "activity"; crew, not "resource" — because a system a shift foreman cannot fill in is a system that never gets filled.
What was built
- Site — piles, cages, tests and the acceptance decision
- Supply — request chain, stores, purchasing, multi-stop dispatch
- Plant — rigs, work orders, downtime breakdown, tool life
- Office — timesheets, daily report, output and cost analytics
- 19 screens in one product, English and Turkish
- Append-only record with full audit trail
PileManager
LiveConstruction · Site records, self-serve
2026 — ongoing
Visit pilemanager.comThe lighter sibling of Pilingsoft: the day's paperwork finished before the crew leaves site. The forms teams already fill in by hand become one checked, reportable record.
Where Pilingsoft is a platform a contractor adopts, PileManager is a subscription a site can start on its own. Each company gets its own workspace and its own database. The arithmetic runs as the operator types — theoretical volume, overbreak, cycle times, litres per working hour — and a record that cannot be right is not accepted.
What was built
- Four report types drawn from the sheets the office already uses
- Calculated fields and consistency rules at entry
- Management board — planned against completed, plant utilisation
- Per-tenant workspace on its own subdomain and database
- Signed PDF output and CSV export
- Records lock after the day closes; every edit keeps its author
Curavise
LiveHealthcare · Patient journey platform
2026 — ongoing
Visit curavise.comHealth tourism, from the day of agreement to the twelfth month of recovery — carried in the clinic's own brand. The patient never sees the vendor's name.
It closes the three most expensive problems in the sector: when a consultant leaves, the patients leave with them; commitments disappear into scattered chat threads; and the silence between agreement and arrival makes patients change their minds. Here the conversation, the agreement and the plan live in the clinic's record — a handover is one click.
What was built
- Clinic-branded patient app, no installation required
- Agreement and deposit tracking as structured records
- Automated reminders across the journey
- Messaging with translation — patient writes in their language
- Remote recovery tracking with threshold alerts
- Per-clinic data isolation, consent flow and audit trail
Aliyorum
LiveCommerce · Marketplace and public price index
2025 — ongoing
A consumer marketplace for pre-owned electronics, paired with a public price index. Sellers see what a device is genuinely worth before listing; buyers can tell whether an asking price is fair.
The demand side of the same product graph that powers Glonit. Its public index turns thousands of private observations into an open reference point — the first time most of these categories have had one. A second-hand market only works when both sides can verify the price.
What was built
- Marketplace platform with seller tools
- Public category price index
- Reference valuation served through an API
- Search, listings and moderation
Tasfiyeden
In progressCommerce · Liquidation channel
2026 —
A channel for surplus, returned and end-of-line stock — inventory that holds value but has no obvious route to a buyer.
Stock gets written down not because it is worthless but because finding the right buyer costs more than the goods are worth. Automating condition grading and lot valuation changes that arithmetic. Sellers recover capital that would have been lost; buyers reach volume priced on condition and quantity rather than on an irrelevant list value.
What was built
- Bulk lot listing and grading
- Automated lot valuation
- Bid and offer flow
- Settlement and logistics handover
Costlyze
In developmentCommerce · Market intelligence platform
Planned
Visit costlyze.comAggregated market intelligence for analysts, large buyers and financial institutions — built entirely on the anonymous signal layer.
A different question for a different audience: not "what should I price this at" but "where is this market going". It branches from the signal layer and never touches any individual company's records — which is exactly what makes the underlying contribution model acceptable to the companies feeding it.
What was built
- Category indices and history
- Trend and volatility analysis
- Benchmarks and market reports
- Data licensing
