This site is static. There is no session, no login, no shopping basket and no measurement, so there is nothing a cookie would be needed for.

Fonts, the JavaScript library used for the menu, and all icons are served from our own server. Your browser makes no request to any other domain while using this site — which also means no other company can observe your visit.

This is a deliberate choice. Loading fonts from a public CDN would transmit your IP address to that provider, which is precisely the kind of transfer that has caused problems for site operators in the EU.

Remembering an appearance setting that you chose by pressing a button falls within that exemption. Since we store nothing else and load nothing from third parties, there is no processing left for you to consent to.

Showing a consent banner in this situation would ask you to agree to something that is not happening. We would rather tell you plainly what the site does and let you verify it — open your browser's developer tools and you will find no cookies and no external requests.

If we ever add analytics, embedded media or any third-party service, a consent mechanism will be added before it goes live, and nothing non-essential will load until you agree.

Clearing site data for this domain in your browser removes the stored theme preference. The site will then follow your operating system's light or dark setting again.
